The scriptures enjoin us to “not lose heart in doing good.” At the Center on Faith in Communities, we want to help ministry practitioners persevere in the vital, but tough, work they do on the frontlines. To that end, we offer free technical assistance and some limited grants initiatives.

TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE

PARTNERS IN TRANSFORMATION

Our FAQs offer answers to common questions raised by faith leaders interested in/engaged in the work of mercy and justice. If you are a ministry leader with a specific query related to program design, implementation, or evaluation, CFIC may be able to help. Use our Technical Assistance Form to submit a request by email to CFIC staff. You can also use this section of the website to complete an on-line request to book Dr. Sherman for an on-site consult or speaking engagement.

Our annual awards program offers cash grants and public recognition to FBOs that demonstrate strong outcomes in tackling social problems, and that do so in collaboration with organizations outside of the faith community.
